Chris Heaton, President
Chris, Lucy, Megan, Christopher, and Jacob Heaton live at 3302 Buckle Lane. The Heaton family has lived in Kimberlea since the summer of 2004. Chris is a native Texan who grew up in Austin and who works in the telecommunications industry. Lucy is also a native Texan and she grew up in Brownsville. Lucy is in the real estate business and has helped many local families with their real estate needs. Megan is wrapping up her college career at Mississippi State University located in Starkville, Mississippi, where she is studying biomedical engineering. Christopher attends Plano Senior High School and Jacob attends Jasper High School. Outside of Texas, the Heaton family has lived in Munich, Germany, and London, England, but "we consider Plano home!"

Libby Perry, Treasurer
Libby, her husband David, and son Drew Perry have lived in Kimberlea at 3325 Canoncita since May of 1995. Libby is originally from Oklahoma and moved to Plano when she married David in 1980. She is a former Texas Instruments employee with an engineering background and decided to leave her career when Drew was born. Libby has been a community volunteer the past 25 years. Most of her free time is spent as a volunteer in the AARP Tax-Aide program where she is an instructor and counselor. She enjoys gardening and reading. Libby has served as KHA’s devoted Treasurer for 17 years, is currently the Supper Club Coordinator and has graciously organized too many Oktoberfests to count. The Perrys feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful neighborhood as Kimberlea.
Julie Sinclair Campbell, Secretary
Julie and her husband Bill Campbell have lived at 3912 Sandia since 2002. She is originally from Jackson, MS and met Bill, a native to Dallas, at an aviation museum in Galveston in 2000. Julie’s career primarily focused on banking/investments before becoming self-employed in 1990. Her business specializes in structured investment products for municipal bond issuers. Julie has served as the KHA Secretary for approximately seven years and currently is the Coordinator for Women’s Bunko. In addition to being a big part of our Kimberlea family, Julie loves antiquing, the theater, movies, music and books. For those who know the Campbells, it is no secret they are always renovating and decorating their already beautiful home. They are a great source for ideas regarding home improvements. Last and certainly not least, Julie and Bill have two beautiful, precocious and totally spoiled cats, Eve and Penelope (both rescues).
